• • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services

3. Content Guidelines

Any content you submit or share must:

• • Not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• • Not contain defamatory, obscene, or offensive material
• • Not violate the privacy rights of others
• • Comply with all applicable content regulations

4. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding agreement for our services. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to Fablecraft is complete, accurate, and current. This includes contact information, project details, and any materials or requirements you submit for our services.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fablecraft, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising from your violation of these terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

3. Account Security

If you are provided with account credentials or access to any client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Third-Party Interactions

Any interactions you have with third parties as a result of using our services are solely between you and such third parties. Fablecraft is not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third parties.

5. Privacy Compliance

You agree to respect the privacy rights of others and to comply with applicable data protection laws when engaging with our services. If you provide us with personal data about third parties, you warrant that you have obtained necessary consents and authorizations.

1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

2. Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dublin, Ireland. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

3. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage parties to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. The dispute resolution process includes:

• • Written notification of the dispute to the other party
• • Good faith negotiations for a period of at least 30 days
• • Consideration of mediation before pursuing litigation

4. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

5. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Fablecraft.

6. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
